I
bought the Transformer by the Firm a few weeks ago and used it for the second
time today. It came with three videos, which they recommend that you use each
one once a week. The first video that I used was supercharged sculpting which
is about 30 minutes. This morning I got up at 5:30 and used the Aerobic Body
Shaping video which is 55 minutes long, phew. I had to stop at 35 minutes. My
legs couldn’t handle it anymore. The tape, as far as I got, consists of a whole
lot of leg and weight training. I have never done so much leg work in my life. I
thought my legs were going to give out. Did I mention that I haven’t worked out
seriously since I got out of the Army three years ago and had my son two and a
half years ago?
My weight has been the same since 2002 and I still wear the
same size but the muscles have withered away. My already large butt has gotten bigger
and my thighs have lost all muscle tone and are rubbing together. A lot of my
pants do not fit very well because of my enlarged thighs and behind. I now know
what my problem spots are. It’s easy to stay in shape when you are forced to
exercise but takes a whole lot of dedication when you have a choice. I am going
to attempt to get up every morning at 5:30 to workout, wish me luck.
