My family and I just moved from Missouri to New York (I am closer to Canada than the nearest city), in my boredom I decided to venture to my local Family Dollar to check out the store’s selection.
Goodness, I hate moving every three years.
The place was quite bare but to my surprise there were some LA Colors eyeshadow compacts for $1.00. I have never tried LA Colors; I figured they would be worth $1.00 whatever the quality. I purchased three compacts in various compositions and finishes; there was one that really impressed me.
The Extreme 4 Color Eyeshadow compact in Truffles has a metallic, high-shine pearl finish. It is extremely pigmented and smooth, almost a cream.
I don’t know what this quad ordinarily retails for but it is definitely worth the dollar I paid for it and then some.
