It is so sad that young girls and women around the world seem to always suffer.
Force feedings, child brides, murdered for being raped.

    It is so heartbreaking.

And I know this is off subject some but, I was watching this show on child sex slaves and there were boys and girls as young as five being sold. Cried all night.

I know what you mean. I watch documentaries all the time. Each time I watch one I cry, get fired up wanting to do something to help and then I do not know what to do.

It is amazing how many people turn the other way when they see human suffering. But then again this country does this to it's own people.

It is so ad that people can't just be in the middle, instead they pick extremes on either side.

There are some organizations that try to gain international help for turning things like this around. A few years ago I heard about an organization that collects donations to try to free children who are being sold into slavery. They basically show up to the auctions and buy the children's freedom. I wish I could remember the name of the organization. So there are ways to help.

It would be nice if we could just be who we are.

I have seen documentaries on some organizations they operated in Asia and Europe helping sex slaves.

When I lived in Korea their were a lot of Russian and Filipino sex slaves.

Believe it or not force feeding goes on in several parts of Africa.

The men in these countries need to recognize and care about the pain these women are enduring. Sadly women are second class citizens in many countries.

There is so much suffering in the world and feel a need to help everyone, feeling helpless.
