Of the billions (ok maybe around 30) foundations that I have tried Make Up For Ever Face & Body Liquid Makeup in 46 seems to be one of the best. I have spent years looking for a foundation that is just right. Whenever I would think I had a match, I would be wrong. This is the first foundation that I have worn consistently and actually put a dent in. I have thrown out and given away plenty of lightly used foundations in many forms.
When I wear f&b my face looks fresh and polished. It has the consistency of a gel and provides very light but buildable coverage. I recommend this foundation for those in need of a light to medium coverage, if you need full coverage this may not be for you. I use a foundation brush or my fingers to apply and blend with a stippling brush to achieve an airbrushed look. It is supposed to be waterproof but I can't attest to this since I always put some type of powder on, which does rub off. I have an extremely oily t-zone and can’t get caught without a gel and or powder primer despite whatever foundation I use. I must caution, f&b does darken when it dries so be sure to wait about 30 seconds before giving it a good look. To get the right color, I called the MUFE boutique in NYC and they sent me some samples free of charge. Here I am wearing f&b, tell me what you think.

My holy grail foundation is Prescripitives Custom Blend. I was sick of passing on "lightly used" bottles. I love my Precriptives!

I want to try PX custom blend, unfortunately I have not lived in an area that actually does custom blends.

The spot price is what you should be aiming at but keep in mind that any offer from a dealer will always be slightly less.
